Payment 2 — Before Departure
- 50% of the total package cost.
- Payable when boarding the car at the start of the journey.
Payment 3 — At Check-In
- The remaining 20% of the package cost.
- Payable at the time of hotel or trek check-in.
Important Notes
- Payments can be made via cash or NEFT bank transfer.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after Payment 1 is received.
- Failure to complete payments as per schedule may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
- Please ensure NEFT transfers are made only to the official Ghumakkad Trails account; account details are shared upon booking.
